A quickie done a while back.
Li'l skunk gal probably shouldn't have tried taking a tulip form Mom's vase.
I recently colored it, testing out the substandard art markers I recently got (I still don't like them, they don't blend well at all & have a tendency to bleed).

What brand markers do you use?
I like Prismas(can't afford a new set right now sadly so I only have super dark grey). They too bleed a little but with practice you can tell how close to a line to get without having an over line coloring problem. They also blend well but you gotta color kind of fast to make the color smooth.

I *love* Prismacolor markers. They blend so nicely, with each other & with other media (such as colored pencils and even crayons!). I have small pack of them, which I hardly get a chance to use--they're a basic dark ROYGBIV & brown. I prefer to layer up lighter, more subtle colors.
The large variety pack of 'substandards' I'm constantly kretching about is a Bic art-marker set. Over half are colors/shades I'm after, but they're nowhere near as nice as the Prismas. IMO they bleed more than the Prismas (YMMV). I could have had 4-5 prismas for the cost of about 24 Bics, and would have been much happier with them.
