Quit Fekkin Round!

We were on a backpacking trip and this one couple was trying to share a 1-man tent. For those of you who aren't familiar, 1-man backpacking tents aren't much wider than a sleeping bag. So the rest of us had to listen to them making obnoxious snuggling noises all night long.

Desist with the snuggling noises! Some of us are trying to sleep.

I like camping but something dramatic seems to happen every time. Went to check out this one time and the borrowed Rv we had tried to catch on fire when I went to start it. Not to mention one of the jacks froze. Turned out my wife's uncle wrapped the starter solenoid signal wire around the exhaust....I had to crawl under the dumb thing and fix it to get home . I friggin hate Rv's

This kind of scene seems so familiar to me and my boy scout troop. We always seem to get rained on at least one day out of the weekend campout. There is one specific campout this is reminding me of. I had only been in the troop for about 7 months when we had a severe thunderstorm roll in while we were camping. All of our tents collapsed from the rain and sleet, so we had to all sleep in the troop bus. I think that even after how bad it was for us, the adults had it even worse. They had to deal with us roughousing all night. LOL
