-susan appears to be some kind of aquatic arthropod. it is unknown whether she is a toon, or something more supernatural
-age is unknown, but appears to be a young adult in her 20's
-occupation: the owner of a very successful hotel! her customers are a bit...odd perhaps, hosting many demons and supernatural entities, but she runs her operation in a very controlled and organized way. she prides herself on her accommodations and hotel activities, featuring monstrous aquariums and battle practice areas.

-susan herself is a zany, fun-loving, incredibly friendly host. she's definitely a little odd, but her eccentric nature makes for a very interesting hotel experience! confident in her abilities, passionate, organized, and not afraid to take risks, susan is an ideal businesswoman. however, her risk taking can get a bit extreme at times, which has got her into a TON of trouble with more...dangerous entities. and just like most successful businesspeople, susan's caring exterior is a fraud! she is actually extremely uncompassionate and cares very little for the lives or well-being of others, but she's pretty good at keeping her act up. she only desires wealth and power, but to the more observant individuals, it is clear susan is keeping a lot of secrets. her presence seems to attract some of the most powerful demons in hell (quite literally)...what is the DEAL with this lobster lady?

It's really nice to finally give Susan the revamp she needs ;; she's one of my oldest and favourite characters, and the headworld she's part of has been in development for many years!! after going through a big revamp (with the help of  hauntedhomo <3), I'm finally starting to feel pretty good about it. I hope someday I can share this story with everyone UoU
