A note about my commentary above: I am NOT implying anything sexual by saying he's fooling onlookers...I'm sorry if you took it that way, but that wasn't my intent. Minnie isn't all that she seems today because she is a HE. And also a lion instead of a mouse. And the ones fooled could be people passing on the street, or the ones viewing the photo/artwork etc. (In fact, some people *were* fooled over on my facebook page when I was uploading the WIP's.)
The idea of this character fooling another male into having sex with him and thereby reinforcing negative stereotypes regarding transgenders was assumed, and wrongfully so. In the future, if you take offense by anything I draw, I ask that you guys NOTE me about it. We can have a conversation but it doesn't need to take place in full view of the commissioner, who simply wants to enjoy the art they paid for. I will ignore and delete comments that could incite drama, because I refuse to have it on my page.
