This is is Jag, 15 years ago with his wife. This was before he was leader of the Snatchers (if you don't know who they are, they are pretty much an orginization or group or whatever, terrorizing Mobius). Though Jag was still part of the Snatchers, he wasn't leader and more or less didn't care what they were doing but he still was a loyal Snatcher. To explain his constant absences to Cici he told her he was part of the Resistence (mobians fighting against Snatchers).
