Emmie is a raccoonbased gryphon like Ahura Mazda. He is part raccoon, part hummingbird (ruby-throated, hence the red POOF on his chest which scanned poorly.. le hiss)

Emerald however, is the exact opposite personality wise. He's got an ultra fast metabolism and is always on the go-go-go-go-go-uh-oh-gotta-eat-another-powerbar-go-go. He is somewhat spoiled, and a bit of a yupp, but he's self-absorbed because he just doesn't know any better.

He'll be in that future comic project I keep yakkin about. :) Here he is with my pal, Richek. Uh.. don't ask about the butt bandage...
