At last, after quite a number of months of preparation, poking around, detail work, and all that other jazz, this picture is finally completed. It underwent a number of changes since its first sketch sometime back in late August/early September, and it was worth every moment of it.

This is Kotsuki, son of the great leader Hijaku and his beloved wife Rio the winged wolf. He believes he is one day destined to become a leader like his father, and as such lives with pride, courage, and honour. He is quite brave, but often times reckless and a little bit silly with his clumsiness. Nevertheless, he is an important figure among members of his clan, who distinguish him by the mask-like formation around his eyes, and the long black streak that runs down his tail. Kotsuki was the first born of four pups, the other three being Naixia, Poncho, and Brandy.

Took me long enough!!! ^^; The other three I will begin shortly. Naixia is coming along, and I think after a good two or three days she'll be ready for colouring. Until then--I think this is a good way of saying hello since my last decently coloured pic. ^^ Thanks for viewing~~~!
