This glass vial necklace contains a number of real blood python vertebrae, a few pieces of natural pyrite (also known as fools' gold) and a single piece of lovely banded agate. The bones came from a naturally deceased pet snake and were professionally cleaned by me before use.

The bones and gemstones tumble slowly and freely in a clear glycerin based preservative liquid when the vial is tilted, changing their appearance in a pretty manner. The pendant is closed with a sealed cork stopper and cannot be opened; the pendant itself is real glass and tends toward the fragile side.

Attached to the cork's eyelet is a single bronze steampunky ornamental key that hangs in a few bronze circle links. The 3 inch vial hangs on a 20 inch bronze chain with latch clasp that will fit just about anyone. The style will suit either a male or female.
