K even though admittedly, as usual, m'jus' showin' ya what'cha can do when ya let a crazy werewolf loose in the kitchen...
May I present ta you... M'vereh own... what I have lovin'ly christened... the WWBBQchicken Dinner ( a.k.a winner, winner BBQ chicken dinner! hehehe ;)
ingredients:
1 pack'a BBQ chicken leg quarters (this had 4 pieces)
2 bags of frozen veggies (the broccoli, califlower & carrot mix)
2 boxes of mac & cheese
1 stick'a butter
nature's seasonings
1 large pinch'a parsley flakes
sweet & sour sauce
sweet BBQ sauce
directions: prep time roughly 2 hours
1. preheat yer oven ta 300 an line a medium cookie sheet pan with some aluminum foil then take a bastin' brush liberally of the sweet & sour sauce over the leg quarters then lay'em out on the cookie sheet an place in oven
2. mac&cheese cooked per box instructions, BC&C veggies were placed in a medium pot after meltin' the stick of butter an addin' in the dashes'a seasonings so fix that ta yer preferences.
3.veggies, mac&cheese takes ya 30mins max so ya can turn yer burners off an jus' let the oven do the work'a keepin'em warm while yer bakin' yer chicken. now that yer sides're all done,take out the bbq chicken an give it it's 1st bastin'a bbq sauce then give it 2 more bastin's every half hour then turn off yer oven ta let it heat cook the rest'a time till yer ready ta serve... an ta-da! dinner ready ta serve fer 4... treated m'bestest 3BBuds (bull, boar bear heh;) ta this fer their dinner...{:)
So weather yer a family'a 4 or any 4some group'a buds here's a nice dinner ya can share amoungst yer family/friends.. if ya try this I hope y'all enjoy it as much as we did! *hugsall'aya!*

Tiero the chicken is Red Mostly Because of BBQ sauce or Seasoning on the chicken the Chicken still has the skin on it. Allot of people do it, being a Canadian this is how I like to see my chicken too, as the juices melted into the meat and making it just a little sweet after you take off the skin. (red part)
