He likes wet places... yes I am starting this with that.
Wanted to make a dino hybrid since I seen
Sinistervibes hybrid! and for some odd reason I wanted a otter hybrid... so I figured a otter T rex would be to silly even for me... so I thought Jurassic world and all.. and made a otter masosaur mix!!!... despite mosasaur not being a dinosaur and more directly related to snakes and monitor lizards.... TOBAD ITS A DINO.
So hurs a silly lil hybrid known as delmer, being an otter he can go on land prefering soft sandy or grassy beaches cause his ahem 'back legs' dont get him far on land. being otter hes playfull on land and has a silly character but being mosasaur hes a deadly killer lurking in dark waters before attacking, hes quite big too being otter! Hes about great white shark length head to tail so dont fall for his cute looks!
He may also look like he has fur but its a mixture of smooth scaley skin and shark scales that flutter like fur under water. on land hed look like hes just all scale like a snake :3
