Hard times! The vulpix girl my secret identity Tesla is dating follows the Rolling Thunder around. I really wish she wouldn’t do that. It breaks my heart. She has no idea the Rolling Thunder and Tesla are the same pokemon. A horrible way to learn, that she’s just playing with me and that she is cheating on me. But it’s my own fault. I have been warned about her carefree, flirty behaviour… and ignored it.
Goldenrod City is famous for its high tech magnetic levitation train to the Kanto Region, but the city has a much older transportation history. In better days the underground was the premier short-distance public transport in Goldenrod City, known for its on time trains and beautiful stations. Nowadays the underground, or more accurate what’s left of it, is worn down, barely running anymore, with many ghost stations, that became hideouts for human and pokemon filth. It happens that Ribbon the vulpix just followed the Rolling Thunder into such a ghost station. Girl, that’s really no place for you.

Finally a new painting of my pokesona Tesla aka Rolling Thunder. After two rather happy pictures of Tesla is it time again for a darker scene, that captures better the noir feeling. It’s been a while since I drew Fightingwolf’s female vulpix character Ribbon and it’s the first time I painted her in my new vulpix style you already saw in the painting of Ilrail’s character Asher a while ago, but this time it’s a girl! The submission is traditionally painted with inks and afterwards scanned and digitally colourised. I used several free furry graffiti’s by Cyndi, Joetruck and Nokkur to decorate the abandoned underground station’s walls. What do you think about the painting, the scene and setting? Do you like it?
