The Chrome Guard are lilith's elite troops and are jointly by her son and daughter; technically all of the Chrome guard are Lilith's Children as they were created from fertilized eggs from her ovaries.

Cain Andra is one of these; unlike the Black Guard the Chrome Guard can assume a normal physical apperance.
