Okay but ferreal tho. This one was very effective. I've always had trouble getting hypnosis to work. I'm not even sure if I've ever been in trance before. Whenever I'm told that I'm feeling or experiencing something in a file, I just kind of... don't. Nor have I ever really had a trigger affect me. I don't know what the problem is, but that's how it is. This one though, I really felt like I was getting somewhere. There were moments of... disconnect in there. Like I didn't remember what came before and I was just waiting for your next words. It was a thrilling experience. I think my excitement from seeing something actually working had me thinking a bit too much, but really I feel like there was something to this one. Towards the end I felt a little bit of my old cynicism. "Okay, here's the suggestion, stand by for LAME..." And yet, at the end of the session I found myself repeating it. "I obey, I obey, I obey..." At first I'd thought that I would post it just to humor you, and because you really did do some good work with this one. I'm... not so certain anymore. Really though, whatever is the reason, you got me to do it. That doesn't change, no matter how I justify or rationalize the action to myself. So maybe, just maybe there remains that tiny vain hope that I really did have an actual hypnotic experience there. I truly can't thank you enough for this opportunity.

I really liked the induction in this file, I found myself following the initial relaxation from each of the three starting points you mentioned. I liked the deepener too, I kept losing focus and I'm not sure if you counted down from 10 or skipped a number or two. I was surprised when I heard myself speak those words. I had never spoken a command from a file before. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. Thanks for sharing
