Ref sheet of my older OC, Sparky!

He's a hybrid I call Nudibranch Cat-coon. His main anatomy is that of a cat and his markings and tail resemble a raccoon. He has electrical powers and his horns and the cerata on his back are from the nudibranch part. He also has electrical powers and he can deliver static or electrical charges through his horns, claws, cerata, or through biting. His static charge is not super powerful though but it helps him shock prey for a moment and is helpful in catching faster prey. This is his anthro form. His feral form is more like this:

I've still not developed very stable background info on him. I do know he's a bit stubborn and cynical about things. He'd rather flee and grump about everything than stand up, fight, or think deeply on any topic.
