Me too :') it looks like they're throwing a tantrum, they look so dumb. I love them though, they're definitely one of my favorite monsters.

I love the kut-ku too, and Lagiacrus and Great Jaggi. Three of my top favorites right there - but man are there a tooooon of great critters to admire T_T So hard to choose just a few.
(I heard G.Jaggi isn't returning in MHX tho, which would be a shame - especially since I saw Jaggi and Jaggia in one of the videos :L Incorrect info maybe?)

Exactly :') and I love the Great Jaggi too, he's my favorite of the raptor type monsters so I'd be sad to see him no longer in MHX. I looked it up and right now regular jaggi seem to be in it, but I don't see Great Jaggi confirmed. LET'S HOPE.

Yeah, seeing Jaggi and Jaggia gave me hope, but I saw a list on tumblr from people who 'datamined' the Demo and Great Jaggi wasn't present on the list. Granted, there's always the chance that it was not a complete list, or that not everything was put in just yet, but even so - hopes plummeted quite a bit seeing that ><

Wroggi and Baggi seem to be absent for the second game in a row. Honestly, I think it's Iodrome that should be silently pushed into the shadows and not Wroggi. Wroggi looked so much cooler, and wasn't nearly as infuriating to fight x')

Let's hope indeed - though to be fully honest, I'm looking forward to Stories more than MHX. I'm definitely getting Cross to be sure, but my past experiences with 3U and 4G* seem to imply that while I love the monsters a ton, the gameplay itself might not really be "my thing" - but Stories seems to have a DragonQuest / Final Fantasy sort of approach, which is right up my alley ^^


*I own the Japanese version of 4U, since I only had an imported 3DS at the time.

Aaa that's a shame, Baggi is my second favorite of them so OH WELL. And I like Wroggi more than Iodrome, too.

I didn't enjoy monster hunter very much when I first played, but I decided to get 4U when it came out and I ended up really loving it. Now I'm going back to Freedom Unite and 3U and I've found that I do like them a lot, but I think without the online play it can sometimes get a little stale/repetitive.
