All images within this are under the GPL licence allowing for modification and use of for non-commercial purposes and is in conformity with FA's AUP and TOS.

Now that those things are out of the way, this is a digital artwork I worked on that is mainly just a practice in filtering and image manipulation for PhotoShop. The inspiration came from a French homework assignment that did in fact have copyrighted materials, these have been removed in this version and have added more grain/distortion. The colors could be more saturated and fine tuned but oh well. The original inspiration came from the MGS:PW start menu screen. The center symbol is the Eiffel tower peace sign which is a symbol for what happened on 11/13/15. This too is under fair use protection. I need to back myself up here or I know FA will be all over this. I posted it anyways because it took me long enough to make and I felt it to be an acceptable piece of artwork to submit.
