I'll admit, this part was challenging for me.
After I wrote The Aftermath I was was kind of... stuck.
See, I'm a micro. I can write as a micro any day. I can ROLE PLAY as a macro, which apparently I'm pretty good at, but..... really putting my mind to and writing, in detail, as a macro...... that's difficult for me.
Well, as of October 30th, 2015, I got fired. The place I worked at was a machine shop. I worked their for a year as a "temp employee" and was busting my ass to get hired into this multibillion dollar global company, and I became a skilled asset. I knew what I was doing, and I deserved to be there and deserved to get hired. Then there was a shift in management, I got a new boss, and he tired to change so much (though day one he claimed he didn't want to change anything) and he was in my way. He was in everyone's way, slowing us down and fucking shit up. The entire building felt that way about him. I fought and fought hard and got my work done, quick, I got it done, efficiently, and I got it done RIGHT. Which was more than what he was doing, but, because I wasn't doing my work HIS way... I was the bad guy. People fought for me, and I was constantly defending myself because, they really had nothing to complain about if my work was getting done. But I digress. I lost, and I got fired. He treated my like dirt, constantly telling me I don't know what I'm doing, how everything I do is wrong, how I lie to him when he's just not listening to me....and...I lost.
So.... let's use that anger. Let's use that pain.
I give you the macro's point of view, here's the second installment of the The Aftermath.
As always, I would love to hear what you think about this little project thus far. Any recommendations or, any thoughts period would be appreciated and I hope you enjoy.
