I am not the most well versed person in the lore of Elite, but i am moderately certain that there is a Val in that universe, sporting a heavily modified Imperial Flightsuit. Compatible with the Rem-Lok systems that ensure pilot's survival in the void of space, The suits are utterly invaluable. (and yeah, their horns are exposed. They don't seem to mind luckily. )
