I apologize for not being active this passed month. I'll put it shortly, about a month ago now my best friend and I's trailer burnt to the ground. We lost absolutely everything, including several of our beloved pets. We lost a dog, Garlic, my cockatiel, my beardie, and several of our snakes, and a leopard gecko. I feel for them more than the contents, those are replaceable the pets are not. However, we did save two of our three dogs, Waya and Socks. Theya re perfectly healthy and doing well. Right now, I am at my parent's for Xmas and thank the gods they have a fantastically awesome compy, which I wanna steal so very badly, and a fairly decent scanner too. The scan isn't great, although it is a little better than what mine used to be like. This one is a bit more clearer.

Anyways, onto the pic. This guy here is another of my Bird Dragon Project. He or she, is an adoptable. So if anyone is interested in him let me know. His colorings are based off of a Blue-winged Mountain Tanager. I wasn't originally gonna make him that, I was going to do a Chickadee but changed my mind when I saw the Tanager. The wings, however, were from a Chickadee pic I found. I will post the ref pic at the end.

Overall I am rather pleased with the results, especially the wings. I am very happy with how the wings came out. I think I spent the most time on those lol. I'm really trying to get into more realistic looking wings, just need to brush up on the shading of them. I did have quite alot of problems, as always, with the paws. I like all except for the very front hindpaw. Looks very awkward and messed up. I couldn't get it right for the life of me so I left it. It's ok though, something I can work on for the next time. His/her body is a bright, I'm sorry o_o. I tried to use a little grey in the shading to show where the shadowing actually is, dunno if it's really noticable in the scan though :XD:.
