Fulgori tend to live in crowded cities with efficient layouts. King Fulgor has his image plastered wherever he can manage, with a large statue in the government square. Their society is close to communist, with 90% or more of the citizens living in relative comfort with relatively similar amounts of living quality. They work jobs for the government in factories and assembly lines and are paid a small wage that can be used to purchase luxuries.
The King's inner circle, however, live in much higher comfort - as comfortable as the king himself nearly. The king himself lives in the utmost luxury, with a personal guard and a personal attendant.

yeah but still all that run-off has to go somewhere, imagine what the sewers are and look like, it would be like that one Doctor Who? episode with the giant mutated radioactive maggots living in the run-downed coal mine created by an insane supercomputer B.O.S.S. who's AI went rouge, but with sewer beast and no form of coal mine or artificial intelligence who's rather dumb because he created giant killer fly's who are radioactive when he was trying to take over the world with mind-control and brain downloading, makes you shiver.
