yeah somethng like that....
The Idea come from anime "sket dance" there some episode when someone become 3 years old because drink an elixir (I will call it elixir)
Thats make me think what if my or other furosna become 3 years old because of that, What looks like will be ....
thats why i draw piter as an experiment..... and he make me "noseblood" everytimes
