Another update so soon? Well hopefully nobody forgets the trailer I worked so much on 0_- But really, that was SUPPOSE to be last week's submish (ironically I got to 10,000 then) but...yeah reasons.
Anyway! Today marked the release of the first "movie" (yep, series of'em) of Digimon Tri! Harking back to the original 8 Digidestined, it supposedly gives more polish to the franchise. The old crew is back looking....older. Well, the presentation has matured, and so have they. Now away from the kid years, though some may still act like it (Tai heh), we get to see how they got to after saving the world.
Ya know how it is. You risk life and death, save the world, become a hero....then you're back in school wondering what the heck you're going to do for your future. Ya think you'd get a "Hero Free Card" to pick out something right?
Anyway. I haven't seen the sub fully yet (crossfingers dubbers), but I like seeing a return to the original 8 with more mature visual attention. It's like seeing an old friend after years of getting pulled so many ways. To the series credit, I liked season 3. *shrugs* But still, doesn't mean I'm not glancing at this if I have the chance.
Digimon may not have the backing that Pokemon does, and they've sure had their warfare against each other, but I still like Digimon over Pokemon. Sorry, but Pokemon's kinda formulaic. Ash is STILL trying to Be the Best. Given how long it's taken, makes you wonder how many Poke'Masters actually got the ever-increasing-amount of badges to be world champ. Granted, don't watch the show now, but they're over 500 right? Heh...
Anyway. So I had to make the occasion, and funny enough, it was next week! Now...this week.
Considering what we had on board, I had to think quickly on how to commemorate the occasion. Funny enough, Dorumon gave quite a funny turn of things that I just found hilarious.
You know when you're minding your own business...and then somebody comes up behind you and jumps on ya back for a virtual piggyback ride?
WEEEEEELLLLL...let's just say when Randall felt something warm and squishy on the back of his neck, it was...well...really what he expected it to be. Needless to say he was...ummm....well....oh come now, it should be obvious.
If you're worried, don't be. He didn't flip the little guy off, bashing head on the floor. He calmly (and I say that when his teeth are clenched) asked WHAT the kid was doing. Doru was apparently just being playful after the Halloween fun and just surprised him. While Randall resisted the urge to yell he HATED surprises...the kid technically did surprise him heh heh.
It simply just ended with Randall slowly picking the kid off him and holding him away like his sagging diaper was the plague, lowered him to the ground, and then walked off with twitching fingers saying something about showering with half the soap on the ship....
But in thought, I have to wonder if this Dorumon really IS Randall's digital partner. If that's true, guess monsters have them too. Kinda meta ain't it? Monsters with monsters?
....ooooh....I just thought of the new season plot. Dun dun dun....dun dun dun....dun dun dun dun dun dun....

Better hope the auto-changer tables don't all malfunction at the same time or you'll all be having to change your own diapers
Speaking of pokemon we're up to episode 885 in case you were wondering, or too lazy to look up yourself. I agree with you that the show has gotten tedious but I still watch it just so I can see how Ash's journey ultimately ends and whether or not he falls in love with someone. The xy series shows a possible love interest in Serena, but Ash as is his nature is totally clueless.
I'm guessing from his aversion to the extremely wet diaper that when Randall uses his own diaper that he gets it changed right away?
Also I should mention that I'll be moving and I'll have no internet for a month or more.
