Appearance:
Duga is a gray, male, anthro dragon. He is roughly 6 foot 6 inches, Digitigrade stance, and an average build. Duga has strong legs with very pronounced muscles. His arms appear bony, but at the same time muscular. In general, he is bony in appearance, almost alien or extraterrestrial. He appears gangly despite his muscular form. His natural stance looks “on alert” with his head and shoulders back, with his legs heavily digigrated. His hands and feet are lizard like, but are very nimble. the color of which appears to be light gray, but it fades slowly up his arms and legs, slowly getting darker. His fingers are beanie and fat, and so are his toes. DUGA primarily uses his claws for finer work rather than his fingers. He makes sure to take good care of them. keeping them smooth and uniform.

Clothing:
DUGA proffers to wear button up shirts with collars. He likes to wear earth colors; Shades of brown. Cargo shorts are his favorite, because they don't get bunched up on his legs, they are big and easy to move around in, and they have LOTS OF POCKETS!!! Consequently, a belt is an absolute must to handle all the stuff he keeps in them.

Head and Face:
He has a sharp, axe-like muzzle. His wavey jawbone comes to a point on each side of his head. His strong brow ridge and flat, shallow nose bridge encapsulate his soft blue eyes. Around his eyes is a lighter shade of gray. The large dark gray stripe that runs from his tailbone continues across the bridge of his nose, fading away as it gets closer to the tip. His black, reflective horns resemble obsidian shards. They jut out his head like plasma or lightning, zig-zagging to a sharp point. DUGA can be crafty sometimes and may cut off one of his horns to screw a small antenna to it’s stump. He likes to chat with his friends with his ammature ham radio. Its a convenient place for his antenna. below his two large horns are four smaller spikes, two pairs. Two extend from behind his “ears”, and two more from the base of his skull, from the back. Both are smaller than his horn, with the latter being the smallest.

Character Backstory:
Duga is a rugged, hard working individual. Born in post-evacuation New York (before the great meltdown of 2020) He was raised helping his father out in the field, restoring pre-apocalyptic communications equipment. From their work, communications to SSTR (Slow Scan Transmission Relay) were restored. From SSTR, His and his father’s fellow tribe members could communicate with Rota 7. I powerful telecommunications satellite still orbiting earth. The greatest among them were responsible for maintaining this satellite’s course and functionality, with DUGA’s father being on the technical end of it. From the satellite, much information could be obtained. GPS locations, Maps, Archive data, Storm activity, Status of other satellites and what functions they still had... SSTR was damaged and was made inaccessible by radiation after the great meltdown of 2020 occurred. His tribe members were lost in the fight to try to prevent the disaster. Included was his father. It is Duga's goal to restore communications to Rota 7, and with it’s great intelligence network, he hopes to regain the city his father fought to save.
