I love that game! It looks like Bust-a-Move 4! Thats the first one I played, and it was much better than the newer games are. They put Develon back in the DS version, but the art is horrible. ._. and he doesn't go "Weegee" or "Payooongaaaaa!" or whatever the heck he's saying!
