Hey Folks!
One of our members, Valerok , is doing a special raffle for the folks here on gem-exchange because they're a awesome sweet-puff. So if you've been really loving their art and in particular are a fan of their weaver Liu Feng, this is the raffle for you!
General Rules[/url]
-This is for Stardragons only.
-Liu Feng will be in this image.
-There will be TWO winners in this raffle.
-Both Individuals will get one full colored piece each.
-I will get with each winner thru notes to collect information regarding ideas, charcaters, etcetera.
-SFW and NSFW are allowed.(Though in NSFW context, I will only allow other male stardragons to be used. Liu is the biggest gay, afterall.)
THE RAFFLE WILL END AND WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN ON THE 1ST OF DECEMBER.
