More Painting Workshop pieces! With a background!

This time of a bear! A polar bear, that is. A character that I have not drawn in a while... Ursol Major!

Ursol is my first and so far only polar bear. He's that polar bear that wears stars on himself and shines off his bling. Unfortunately I couldn't show the bling effects due to a lack of a soft brush in the program. Not to mention the lack of pen pressure sensitivity and a brush tool at all. The line work would be a lot smoother with those tools. But you gotta work with what you got. I just had to get this idea out. Having visitors over can really help hinder private creativity, but luckily I have my 3DS XL with me... Huhuhuhu...

Anyway, Ursol is a polar bear who got cosmic qualities and enhancements from a meteorite that hit his artic home. He went near it and the radiation from the rock made some weird changes within him. He wears bling made up of the rock around his neck and waist.

Ursol appearance wise from the last time we have saw him has barely changed. He no longer has armbands and his earring is missing. The star designs have changed as well.

Anyway I'll provide more details later.
