Oh man, confrontation literally makes me shake uncontrollably and get so dizzy I feel like I'm going to throw up. Even if I know I'm right and I'm 100% behind whatever I'm doing or saying, I feel like I'm about to faint. I'm sorry you had to deal with all that :< Yeah I definitely don't plan on ever contacting this person, or doing anything for them, because if I REALLY start to think about everything that's happened I feel like I may realize that what they've done is unforgivable and I'll lose the new ground I've come to and fall right back into feeling abused and angry and hating them.

I hate everything they've done, and how it's been 'handled', but hating them doesn't hurt them, it only hurts me, It sits on my mind like a lead weight, so I'm glad I've found this peace for myself-- even if they never know I feel this way, that's not the point. I thought I was free of them when we violently fell apart, because I knew there was no going back after what they did. But I wasn't truly free. I was trapped all up in my emotions and distress over it all.

It flickered across my mind today, like it usually will, and it was like experiencing something that's usually painful-- but it's just nothing. So I went back and thought about it some more-- and sure enough, there was just no feelings, Nothing negative or positive. Complete, pure, perfect indifference.


Which is exactly what I needed, I don't need to spend my precious time on the subject at all, because that will just lead to useless anger or bitterness or a pity party. None of which will help me get anything done.

I know that what they've done is inexcusable, it's really not forgivable either, but hopefully it's all over now and we can both move on with our lives in the different directions they've branched without any antagonization.


But jeez, it must have been weeks since I've talked to you, I hope you're well! You're such a sweetheart and I hope your day goes by smoothly and you have tons of mac n' cheese (O-or whatever your favorite dish is that's definitely mine so yeah)
