I couldn't resist drawing a furry Hook any longer. Yet I'm not satisfied with the result. His coat isn't realistic enough, there are no pockets etc., but I like how the wig came out. I'm not sure if the ears shall be seen... I'm unsure about the whole look anyway.

The direction of the interpretation looks good, you just need to re-work it so you're happy with specific details.
I'd keep the ears 'available'. Have'em fold back into his wig some of the time, but be there for some expressions. Gives you more flexibility in character design.
