Background
When Victor first arrived to Terra he was still very small ,the first life he encountered was a tribe of goats. They welcomed him and he immediately felt at home. They raised him as one of their own and even though Victor grew/had noticeable differences (wings, size, power) he still acted and soon developed the appearance of a goat. The first other of his kind he encountered was his adoptive sister Vedana She unsuccessfully tried to show him that he was in fact an angel dragon but he was too stubborn so she gave up and accepted him as he is. She gave him the bell he wears.
He is stubborn but dorky. Constantly getting stuck somewhere due to his climbing habits or getting himself into other messes. He bleats like a goat and even screams like one at times. He tends to faint when frightened or scared for a few seconds. He goes stiff then falls over with his paws/hooves in the air.He has the ability to breathe fire but doesn't do it very often because it scares him. He is about the size of a shire horse.
