Bah, it's a pretty good job, head's maybe a bit small, but that's always the case when a lion has cut most of his mane.

and the proportions are meant to be gigantinormous. your head doesnt grow when your muscles do.
compare, if you will, the length of where the bones in the arms would be compared to his skull.
head LOOKS small, but realistically is about right.
a hard thing to do,  yasano does it well.

I always wondered what this kind of picture would look like if the head remained in proportion to the rest of the body. It's just funny how the bigger/buffer you get, the more tiny your head looks.

Also, impressive job on the inking and coloring. The added background makes him look godly. This music sound be playing and it would make the scene perfect.

Hehe, you did a pretty good job on the colors, they look nice. I was using the Japanese version of Sai for a few weeks before I found out there's an English version. I found that out also thanks to Taoren haha. It's a really cool program although I still use Photoshop to color with because I know the program much better. As for line work, I think Sai has Photoshop beat hands down. It probably does in color as well, but I just don't have the time to experiment with it now when I already know the tools in Photoshop heh.

yeah, sai's brush simulation is FACKING AMAZING.

i could add lighting here to make the paint pop out, but that gets rid of the depth b/t the character and the bg.
