originally wanted no BG but he wanted one, so i did
but i'm bad at BG's
was his idea to blur it
keeping in mind depth here, remember those things off in the distance are, well, off in the distance - we are not macro chu's
with those little wrist cuffs, cutie-boy there looks good with no neck collar as normal pichu's have, so we left it out
now he has no neck collar
but he does have built-in handcuffs X3
but i think he's still very pichu-ish ^_^

we are both about the same size btw - i'm about 1 ft and of course pichu's are normally 11.8"... so i still got .2" on him X3
i'm about 8 or 9 LBS too, guess i got a little more mass in the hips XD
i'd say he's about 6LBS, due to his lovey big tail and nice curvey hips =9
erm.. yea.
so anyways, this is a gift for lovey-boy
