The diapers I used as an infant, was actually wood pulp. No evil SAP. Wood pulp is wonderfully soft and spreads wetness outstandingly well. When it gets wet it feels wonderful in another way <3
SAP in comparison is just sad. It feels often nothing at all, or sags and lumps wich destroys the "session". Wood pulp is bio degradable also, wheres SAP takes 1000-1500 YEARS to degrade!!!!!
The only all-in-one diaper without SAP I know of is Tushies, but they got bought up and discontinued. Luckily for me I can use booster pads as diapers, since I use "snibbs" and there is still some booster pads without SAP in production, though we just lost wonderful Abena abri let maxi. They've begun adding SAP now :(
Edit: And the pretty pony might very well have a wood pulp diaper. But it hardly came from the human world if so. And I've never seen a human diaper with accepted tails either ^^ If she's actually wearing wood pulp diapers, she's one very lucky pony!
