I really really really like Phad Thai. Almost as much as I like tacos. And I really really really really like tacos.
There is good Phad Thai, there is bad Phad Thai, and there is so-so Phad Thai and there is "Orgasm in your Mouth" Phad Thai. Fortunately, the place by my house has the latter.

If you get up to Anacortes there is a good Thai restrant just after the first light coming into town on the right on Commercial, it is called Naung Mai Thai Kitchen. The prices are not bad for what you get, the Phad Thai had good flavor. I will be stopping there again sometime soon, like you I enjoy Phad Thai.
