I guess you meant "turned out" or something like this... "transformar" means literally and only "transform" in portuguese´ v `; (at least in Brazillian Portuguese, if in Portugal it may apply then idk; there are some differences.)
I just noticed now how ODD is to explain a correct term for this... it would be mostly like "ficou"? "ficou" originally means stayed, but it may also be refered to a "state of being", for example if you got a cold, i may say "Laes ficou doente", because that is your state... does my explanation even makes any sense? I neve realized how difficult is to explain "ficar" because I clearly can't think about a synom in english lol
summary: correct would be "Eu realmente amo como este ficou"; by saying "Eu realmente amo como este transformaram" you would be saying "i really love how it transformed"... idk if it was your intention haha ; v ;
