Next year promised he'd age up his character for the year, so here's my response to that. We've even kinda got a story going on how he turned out that way.

In short: An evil witch fox named Roxy forced rai to age up into an overweight adult. She then hypnotised him so they'd be married, and rai would only have slight memories of before. Now he's a school teacher, helping students learn English while trying to nab "extra credit" from students that "fail". I guess his love of paws never went away, even after hypnotism. Rai wishes for the old days where he could walk in public with just a tube top and short shorts on, but now everyone calls his "grandpa". Probably because he wont ever stop recollecting the "old days when things were better. ...and was less hairy".
