Derpy missed her potty break before leaving for a rather long delivery route.
She ended up having an accident just in front of Rainbow Dash's house.
Scootaloo noticed as she was there and went to open the door for the mailmare, and decided to be a helpful filly and apply what she knew about potty training and accidents: cleaning up, helping the pony back to diapers and comforting them, telling them that the next attempt would turn out better.
The filly friendly offered to put one of Rainbow's diapers on the mailmare, talked with her to comfort her, and everything came out alright.
