Stat changes: Slight increase in special defense, mild increase in Attack and Speed, and major increase in Special Attack and Defense.

Ability: Refrigerate (turns Normal type moves into Ice type moves)

Notes: Who loves Snowy Owls? I sure do! They're the most beautiful owls in the world, and it would be great if Noctowl looked like a Snowy Owl when it Mega Evolves. As the X Mega Evolution of Noctowl, I believe it's the most beautiful design of all.
