No 30 for the time and effort spent drawing coloring and shading it IN MULTIPLE, to animate it. How much do you make an hour that makes you think 30 bucks for someone ells to use their skills to do their job over a course of hours is to much? I feel bad for you if that's what your basing it off of but even at minimum wage you would probably be making more.
