An evolution of Castform, and a much-needed one, IMO. Its type and ability would depend on what moves it has at the point it evolves: Normal type gets Cloud Nine, Fire type gets Drought, Water/Electric gets Drizzle, and Ice gets Snow Warning. Obviously, these abilities would make their weather abilities kind of redundant, and unlike Castform, it won't change forms based on the weather, so each is stuck with pretty much one moveset.
