Just got this pretty lady in. Pandinus Imperator or Emperor Scorpion! They have been hard to come by lately since the ban on their import and I was lucky enough to get this pretty lady for under $100.
What you see labeled as "emperor scorpion" in pet stores these days are just P. cavimanus or another P. imperator look-alike.
I named her Furiosa *dadum-tssshh!*
Sweetest little lady and super chill. She lets me gently boop her chelicerae no problems and is very content to find a warm spot and sit there. Very happy I picked her up.
*She is my PET. Please do not say mean things like "set it on fire" and threaten to kill her :c

She's cool looking! :D You're still braver than me to be able to actually handle her.
(Sidenote I will never understand people who do the mean comments about people's pets??? Like... I'm petrified of spiders and scorpions but I know a few people who have them, and they respect my fear enough to not pull them out, like physically out of their enclosure, in front of me. And even I can admit they're cool and neat as long as they're contained. However if they come out my response is never "murder!!!" It's always "OH GOD RUN AWAY" and then I go to somewhere else.)
