I was very pissed to learn that Masquerain didn't retain its Water type when RSE was around, and my solution to this is Tickloon. I figured this guy would have a similar branch evo to other early-game bug types, so Waspike was born from that, but we have enough Bug/Steel types, and Waspike would be more or less a weaker, common version of Scizor.
