Ingredients

BBQ sauce:
minced garlic (2 pieces)
homemade ketchup ( 1 cup) - http://dontwastethecrumbs.com/2014/.....emade-ketchup/
ground coffee (1 teaspoon)
soy sauce 2 tablespoons
olive oil
molasses ( 1 tablespoon)
chopped green chilli ( 1 piece, finely chopped)
1 tsp of BBQ spice = 2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili flakes
2 teaspoons caster sugar
2 teaspoons light soft brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons finely ground black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
Burgers:
Cheddar slices
Red onions
Bacon slices
Beef Sirloin (850g up to 1 kg) = 4 burgers
Salt, Pepper
Olive oil
Walkthrough:
1. Make BBQ sauce first = add olive oil to pan, add minced garlic, chopped chilli until slightly brown. Add ketchup and rest of the ingredients. Stir well. Turn to low heat and slowly boil through.
2. Cut sirloin to bits with knife, then shred in machine until half-mush. Add pepper and salt, shape into burgers and pour with olive oil from all sides. Put on grill, add bacon next to it,In meantime, fry chopped red onions in pan.When meat grilling is nearing an end, put cheddar pieces over the burgers and let it melt.
3. Put burger buns directly on stove and let them roast a bit.
Serve: Smear the BBQ sauce on lower bun, put in meat, throw over the onions,push the top bun down...and ready. Optional: you can add tomato slices, too.
