Between commissions, waiting on clients, and wanted to draw. This is an old YCH that went no where so I noodled around on it.

I like it much better as an elemental creature. I'm used to a much more vicious take on a kelpie. I think perhaps it's only the title. But that's just me. Overall cool concept, as horses tend to be associated with earth in general, I always appreciate kelpie art, considering. I just can't afford any art or anything right now.
