I love this one, so I probably owe an explanation for it. :D
I attended the So-Cal howl that was at the Museum of Natural History last summer. I was walking with a friend and casually read one of the signs out loud. Unfortunately, due to my random bouts of dyslexia it came out as "In case of stairways use fire". So it's been a running gag of mine ever since.
