Very much unlike her older sister Keru, Tulu is driven by a seemingly never-ending supply of energy. If you've ever seen a dog at a park bounding around with all-consuming joy until she practically collapsed, you've had a glimpse at Tulu. ^_~ When she's not dragging her boyfriend around by the hand, she channels her energy into a career as an event coordinator.
It's very tricky to get Tulu to stand still when she's going full tilt. If you can manage it, though, all that enthusiasm has to go somewhere. In this case, she's bouncing from foot to foot, trying to hold it all in. When she's cut loose, Tamerlane is most likely getting tackled. ^_~

Aww, I'm so happy that you know their full names! :D They don't mind being called by their full names, but they go by the shortened versions almost exclusively in social circles. Their full names are mostly used on legal forms and by their mom. Her name, by the way, is Kanna, or Kannannaq. Their dad's name was Bob. Guess who named the kids. ^_~
They're all of Inuit descent, with Tulu and Keru being second generation. Their grandparents immigrated before having Kanna.

Well, their full names are right there in the character folders. I would be remiss to have not noticed them.
Nice to know some extra history about them! I very much appreciate how much thought you've put into your characters and their backstories, even the more "minor" characters. Most people just don't bother putting ANY thought into where their characters came from...

Thank you, dude! I really can't help but flesh out my characters, both in personality and backstory, and it's the biggest reason I don't have a "personal" character to represent me directly. I've tried twice in the past, but both times, I ended up developing them into complete characters unto themselves, and they stopped being me. I've decided to just give up on that front, and enjoy making characters. ^_~

Very likely! Those two are quite a couple.
One of their cutesy little things is to give each other light-hearted teasing about being a bird and a dog. Tamerlane has been served a sprig of millet with his snack, and woken up next to a hand mirror in bed to keep him company. Tulu has had her nice drinking glasses replaced with a dog bowl. ^_~

It doesn't take much to make Tulu happy, and only a little bit more to send her prancing around with joy! It could be anything, but I like Top Secret's suggestion that it most likely has something to do with her boyfriend. Maybe they're going to the park later, and now she's zipping around preparing a picnic basket with the perfect cheeses, sandwiches, the right bottle of wine, bread for the ducks, and a big blanket. There's so much to plan!
Who even has picnic baskets any more? I haven't seen one since I was a kid, but you can bet Tulu has one. ^_~
