Are there any rules like a character limit or "no fanfic covers" art?

not really any that i can think of, i may have a character limit of around 5-8 characters.

yes, someday I want to commission a cover pic for my fanfic. I already finished a very simple plan but I think for now it would be too expensive for me+.+
It would be the mane 5 (and Spike), Celestia, Luna, Nightmare Moon, a silhouette for another alicorn and a dragon in the background and Rainbow Dash and my OC for that fanfic in the centre. I already know where everyone would be standing, what the background would be and where the two main characters (Dash and my OC) would be looking at.

Send me a note, sounds like it would be a nice project maybe we can work put a deal or something.
