Painty style study with my character Philo. I really like it but it took me a while just for this. I'm not sure if it's because of the brush or if I'm not used to it yet.
I feel like I can get this effect a little faster somehow.

Paying that silly 10$ fee :/ BUT I believe photoshop elements 3 is out for free and you can do practically everything photoshop can do minus a few tools most people don't use anyway. I've seen some beautiful art come from it. I started with that.
