As many gamers are aware, the Yo-Kai Watch franchise has come from Japan to the US and just like Pokemon, had been in Japan for a couple of years before coming to the US; meaning they (Japan) already have characters/and or gameplay mechanics that the US does not. I have yet to play the game myself, but discovered what is arguably the most bara characters in the series.
The mascot of the franchise is a two-tailed cat known as Jibanyan; based off the Yo-kai, nekomata of Japanese lore. In future games, we get a more suped up version known as Rubeus J. He starts out as an antagonist that gleefully burns villages to the ground, but can be an ally in later games.
