Wouldn't smoking around motor oil and tank fuel be extremely hazardous? I know the mechanics in the air force who worked on jets aren't allowed to smoke so they usually chew.
..on the other hand a girl with a pack of gritty skoal in her lip and teeth hocking fat loogies isn't anywhere near as attractive as a slender fag.

Gotta say, the character and her pose really make this picture, but on top of that, all of the aspects have been paid attention to; whether it's the hefty mechanical pieces, the clouds, or the way the image is cropped, it's a great balance of focus throughout the piece. Thank you for sharing your craft.
Yes you know of what the geek does seek solidasp. But then again, who doesn't think characters like Kaylee, the ship's engineer, from Firefly aren't very appealing (not only cute but also confident, smart and not affraid to get dirty). I love seeing mechanically inclined female characters in art and I'm very excited about being able to live in an era where they are portrayed and viewed in such a positive fashion.
