Hey guys, here's another character I drew, the wielder of the Psychic Sword of Ancients, Gopher Woodrow
English Name: Gopher Woodrow
Japanese Name: Gopher Udduro (ゴーファーウッドロー)
Species: Woodchuck
Gender: Male
Age: 18
Born: June 3rd, 2045 (he was born in the future)
Appearance: Gopher is a woodchuck with gold-brown fur, two whiskers on the sides of his face, two tufts of fur on his head, and a flat tail
Attire: Gopher wears a blue tattered shirt, a red handkerchief, and wristbands on his wrists.
Likes: Rhino (his brother), catching fish, swimming (something he learned from the beavers), Topazuko (he loves her)
Dislikes: Evil, his friends in danger
English VA: Johnny Yong Bosch
Japanese VA: Mamoru Miyano
Bio: Gopher was raised by beavers after an accident caused by his parents, which killed them. The beavers taught him their ways, and he became like a son to them. One fateful day, Gopher stumbled upon a sword, which gave him powers of some sort. After he obtained the sword, an army of dragons attacked the beavers' village. While Gopher was trying to escape from them, Rhino arrived to stop the dragons from attacking him. Therefore, he took him in as his young brother (he's adopted twice now).
Years later, Gopher was pondering about the truth of his powers and why the dragons were after him. Rhino had no idea how that happened, but he specifically told Gopher to 'not worry. Keep your powers a secret, and those dragons won't come to us.' While Gopher left to buy some food, a mysterious wyvern kidnapped Rhino, and Gopher had to chase the wyvern into a disastrous version of his timeline. Gopher was on his quest to find his friend/brother from the wyvern, meeting new friends on the way.
As Gopher and his friends made it to the wyvern's tower, they found Rhino, but they also met the wyvern that kidnapped him: The Wyvern Queen. The WQ explains why she was after Rhino; she wanted to steal his-no, EVERYONE's life force so she can create the Giant Entity Orb (or G.E.O.). The heroes destroyed the G.E.O., defeated the Wyvern Queen, and saved Gopher's friend/brother. But their job to fix their future wasn't finished.
The Wyvern Queen claims that their timeline was destroyed by not her, but someone else from a different timeline who has released Tartarus, a mythical monster that destroys everything in its path. She believed it was a coyote with orange fur (that's Thunder). Gopher, Topazuko, and Tuko volunteered to travel to the past to find the coyote she mentioned. Gopher finds the coyote, Thunder, in Lightwell. Gopher fought him and he won, but Julie stepped in to protect Thunder and continue his quest to find Princess Mei. Gopher met him again the second time and tried to fight him, but Walter stepped in to fight him that time. As Gopher believes he was failing, Tuko announces that they were being tricked by Hades, who took the identity of the Wyvern Queen to fool them. After Hades killed Thunder, Gopher and Thunder's other friends traveled to find the Sacred Orbs (once again, they are the Chaos Emeralds of Petropolis) and wish him back to life (now I'm talking about the Dragon Balls). Gopher became Power Gopher and fought Hades' Embryo form, with the help of Death Walter and Chimera Thunder. They have succeeded and prevented time compression from Embryo.
Gopher is one of the ten wielders of the Sword of Ancients, so he has psychic powers. Gopher can read minds (not in a perverted way) and can teleport. He can also levitate objects and people.
Personal interests: Gopher loves Topazuko, but he doesn't admit it when she's with him. He loves pineapples with his fish.
Extra notes: Gopher is my coolest character yet. I was so eager to draw him because I had him voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch, who did some roles, just to name a few: Ichigo, Vash the Stampede, Lelouch, Rossiu, Yukio Okumura, Kaneda (Pioneer dub), Yu Narukami, Tohru Adachi, Guren Nash, and Izaya. And yeah, he does look more 'lion' than 'woodchuck,' but he still looks cool.
